Breakeven is doable in 6 months, regardless of any inventory build this quarter to accommodate the processing shutdown next quarter as that inventory will largely be sold back down to the 90-day supply following the upgrades and then slowly ramp back up to accommodate increase sales growth from RTDs in the US.
Fixed cost base now at $400k due to additional staff, so breakeven will occur at closer to $1.15m.
Currently we have -
Australian e-commerce at $385,000 per month
US e-commerce at $165,00 per month
Retail has hit breakeven at an estimated $220,000 per month (Coles, Kava Bars, Fiji Channels).
So, a 25% increase this quarter and a 25% increase in growth next quarter (which is conservative growth considering our previous 12-month growth trend) will have us at breakeven based on a monthly annualised run rate.
But that is just the beginning, once we hit that inflective point sales will likely begin to go parabolic. Consolidation in Australia will be a great test for continued growth.
