The Board of KPO is hardly inexperienced and has been associated with major transactions in the past. The clearly believe they are close to closing a significant transaction or they would shut the company down. Building 4 projects of $1 billion each is a monumental ask for a company valued at $8 million. You have to bring various major groups together being Government,gas producers,power buyers and sequestration storage.At these prices it has to be cheapest call option I have ever seen.I expect news within weeks if not days on progress of the discussions.You have to be brave and hang in for the reward. Ignore the sceptics and if you are in doubt ask yourself why Matt Jenkins would join the board?
