They need to to be selling the dream to a couple of people
with
a) Deep Pockets
b) A bit gullible
c) Not terribly analytical when it comes for financial segmentation of Income & Expenditure
Unfortunately I cant see PIL hitting cash flow neutral ( let alone positive ) for some years yet
