    An American colleage, business consultant and long time Philippines resident, descrbed the Coop scene there as a quicksand of obfuscation.

    As he said, in business you can factor in and plan for risk, but there is no way that you can plan for uncertainty.

    Not much use to me now, in the midst of absolute uncertainty, that I didn't take that advice.
