the last time NOR played the "complex negotiations" card was in response to an ASX Query.
NOR were forced to name the possible partners. What happened next?
1. Oracle partnership finished at the same time NOR not paying subs
2. Metaswitch, despite being a NOR partner, installed a VM solution not provided by NOR.
"Complex negotiations" are NOR speak for no forthcoming deals.
