I've always believed "the market" always knows what's happening before the market is formally informed.
As such if anything was close to being announced the whispers would be out and the punters would be queuing up to buy and the price would jump to reflect that demand. And it goes without saying the tighter the stock is held the higher and faster the price will rise.
At this point in time there does not appear to be any real demand so maybe the negotiations are taking longer than expected or maybe there are a few glitches that need sorting or maybe worse they have stalled or the worse case scenario is they have fallen over altogether.
Sadly I'm not in that privileged position to know.
Like is the norm for this coy time will tell.
Again I hold and have held shares on and off for a very long time and I'm not a troll knocking a stock that IMO is currently not going that well.
I am just having my 2 bobs worth, ie its just my opinion.
