I didn't say anything about the amount of debt they have nor did I mention what they owe Tarrant, I didn't point out that they barely have enough to pay wages or that their one and only patent application is about to lapse. I didn't point out that they have submitted a "Best and Final Offer" to an Australian Tier 1 CSP when they no discernible IP. I most certainly didn't point out that the CEO has been overseas on what I presume is the company coin.
