And hopefully listed.

I rekon 1.5 to 2 mil should set them up to succeed.

If it's 2 mil plus, the stock will be 'safe' and might take off.
That's what they need $2mil bucks at 0.002

I think that's an 18% dilution.

At 0.002 share price would be a 13mil market cap.
