They do report their finances (and they aren't hard to interpret!), basically because if they didn't they'd be suspended.
My point is, if an investor can't work this company out on public information they'd be way better off going to a casino and betting black or red.
I could not agree more about the way they raise capital, or who through, I would have a guess that they have no other option to keep going.
