It's the main (some may say only) positive news they have and revenue growth is part of their strategy so not to inform the market would seem a bit strange.

IF, someone was to invest in ME1 solely based on one of the revenue announcements and not look at say the P&L or Cash Flow then I'd say that's on the investor, there is plenty of information in the public domain that anyone with half a brain would be able to work out it this fits into their risk profile for investing.
