Looks like the potential M & A is still ongoing. Not sure how to feel about this one as it is affecting receipts pretty badly. Cash running thin again. Was expecting another profitable quarter with decreased spend, but ended the year with a loss. Cash on hand increased after the quarter, so looks like they've done well in July for the school holidays. Not sure what the M & A could be for, the RACV integration was supposed to boost us into a pretty solid profitability per quarter. Will need to wait and see what happens.
