My thoughts on IDSB are on par with yours but step back from the OVT ops and look at the IDSB as a deal in itself.
the business has the opportunity to average down its investment in IDSB to perhaps close to market value (above or below) This improves the opportunity to return full investment back to the business upon sale.
Not forgetting that a larger portion of IDSB grants greater powers in the decision making for the future… Listing or…
Acquiring the remaining 13% puts us in a position of strength.
