My thesis was I was able to get in on the IPO. I read the prospectus and felt there was a high probability of clinical success. The IP position is not the greatest, but in this space it is less of an issue than many here think. Yes one of the generic companies will come along at some point with something similar, but it will take longer than many think and in the meantime LTP can make serious money with a superior product marketed well.
