Maybe, just maybe, that's what the capper wants. Liquidity is far too low for the games that he is playing and his tactics were WAY out of the market and looked dead in the hole. So, pull the 6 million that were in another world and throw in 3.2 million right in the heat of the market and see if voulme can be stimulated. So many 'ifs" let's just see what the market does and what else develops.
