SP should directly relate to ongoing share benefits for the board.

I will be messaging in some very blunt questions for the AGM and I will be expecting some answers.

The deals this company have are clearly not being articulated to the market effectively and rinse/repeating old quarterly commentary is not cutting the mustard.

They apparently have services deals with other companies they just cant share? They have his Binx thing that no one truly understands. The core product has not taken off as it was appearing to be, the "to be ceased" product is the only money maker product here.

The services revenue is padded by the one Hologic deal and i agree, without it, the business would not be in a position to thrive.

It irks me that they didn't raise more at .07c instead of waiting for PVM to dump their position and do the raise at .038.

They have known the whole time they need CLIA waiver. I have a suspicion that when Doug came on board, the tactic was to go simple route with FDA and obtain the approval without the simultaneous waiver based on cost.

But the cost it has come at is 12-24 months delay on where this could have been.
