I doubt they would be able to recycle the data from pre-validation trials.... The trials have different parameters to select eligible candidates to take part in the trial, would be a nightmare to retrospectively go and check whether each of those candidate data would be eligible for the new trial. Plus I thought the pre-validation trials had an element of fine-tuning the AI parameters to detect? So the new trial coming up would probably be using the updated algorithms for greater specificity and sensitivity. Just my thoughts
