I don't see how anyone could perceive that the very folk who were IMO responsible for keeping the company trading, growing and liquid should be praised for letting situation deteriorate in the first place, then creating such a complicated related ownership structure that it is un-investible by outside investors and that is seen as a good thing?

All that time - years- the communication of activities and reality of actual sales? You know sales the ones that actually get cash flow and ultimately profit so shareholders get a return on investment. Communication updates on the reality of the EMP concrete contracts for data centers , follow orders, ages late reporting of trials s IMO etc etc

I suggest that small retail holders if EDE ever have significant success ( that is a big if in that industry) on any scale will be diluted out or absorbed into other entities before the opportunity of it going to small retail.

Some here want to add all this together and call em underpaid superheros? This company and its structure has so many hurdles before IMO it can become investable by wider market assuming it can become a viable business and its technology finds a place in marketplace? Large overheads of being a listed company with no newsflow is death for companies with small market cap and min growth and it is a vicious cycle as shareholders have seen.

Good luck to them but even more luck required by shareholders to get a return IMO. Not saying they have done anything that is outside what the system allows but it is probably a reflection on the regulation of the system and the fact that retail investors can be so easily become welded on believers and ignore it has to be a viable business not just an idea to be a investment .

Took all of 10minutes to garner a post. But yes I agree Oaktree, let's see where the market takes investors with this recent upturn and the sizable number of buyers as opposed to the number of sellers.
