I've seen "in the coming weeks" forecasts from directors turn into 6-12 months in the past. No explanation in the quarterly why they are running 5 months late so far.
I'm aware how cap raising works. But if you keep cap raising without hitting price sensitive milestones yon dilute and end up raising at prices lower than the last cap raise. So shareholder value reduces.
