The line item "Product Manufacturing & Operating Costs" is supposed to be the AWS / Cloud costs to provide services.
We've repeatedly heard about "90% margin" for this business, but the cloud costs have regularly been ~30% of the revenue numbers. Of course, margin also needs to account for sales, support, any operational overhead, etc.
It would be great to see some breakeven analysis, but I would expect we only see revenue exceed costs at a $20m+ run rate. Which would take us back a few years...
