Exactly. It'd be announced with megaphones. Constant trumping up even the tiniest bit of good news and ignoring all else. Eg, trumpeting being 'cash flow positive', when it hinges on govt tax R&D rebates. Continuing to trumpet Estradiol spray (in Europe) as a commercialised product, when it no longer has the rights.
I sometimes wonder if ACR's expertise is in stage managing announcements and keeping the hopium going, or if it's topical drug development.
