Hi all, another shocker sales result to shake any remaining long term holders not in total apathy.
That is the headline number and a mistake to read this as just more of the same; when fundamentals have shifted substantially.

Wealthy investors can afford to sit it out once a firm decision has been made. They do not react to short term noise or headline numbers. Funds do but savvy long term investors do not. They follow the story more closely. The directors have taken shares instead of cash which is a huge sign of confidence on progress. That made me read the report very carefully.

My conclusion is that they have turned this around through marketing and diversification; at the same time increasing sales efforts via seasoned professionals. They are taking control of marketing and the sales chain as needed. The headline number is a lagging indicator; yet given the track record I do understand the lack of interest in the depth of the story.

AlexiGuard and AlexiShield indicate (page 4) where income is about to turn (coming months). P;age 5 is worth a re-read in case you are considering taking a position on the ground floor or holding and awaiting a price recovery. Whi would have thought thermal regulation might be sought after in Asia and Australisia (LOL)? Regulation driving demand for eco-friendly FR treatments! Are AJX spoiled for choice of direction and kept on focus by a crack CEO? I think so finally.

This is like watching one of those UTube clips of a rescued dog (thanks to Voldamort and Pr(N)ick) that is so close to death it is cruel. Bit by bit some food is introduced, the mites and flees eradicated, the apathy of the dog improves to hope, better eating, puts on a bit of weight then more, and so on until finally you have a happy healthy animal once again.

Well the tail is starting to wag just a little not helped by less than advantageous conditions but new sources of nutrition are now on the table. Progress is accelerating. Flying close to the wind still but shares taken instead of cash (like the previous "operators" long gone) indicates failure is not evident. How long will that line at 1.1c last? If only sellers could see as much as the team taking options and shares eh.

I have topped up due to genuine Board confidence (and competence), and anticipate a nice recovery over H1 CY25 becoming clear. Upside from there would be worth holding for. Regular ASX updates would be nice as promised by Billy.
