For a small retail shareholder with a belief/hope the share price will rise eventually, right now - I see little point in participating in the cap raise. I might as well load up now at 0.08/0.09 or buy options (OSLOB) at 0.002. At least I am guaranteed of getting my order filled. If I was to participate in the cap raise, I might get scaled back & only get a small holding (however if share price stays like this- probably will get the full order filled)
