the next step is proving it in commercial setting, which would involve some sort of MOU. I suspect the Huon will either buy a unit and cce will provide free upkeep or cce will fund the unit and get payment for energy production and engineering.
the whole process has been elongated but it has been clear as to the steps they need to do. This commercial demonstrator is the final hurdle to jump.
financially the loan comes with risks but it is somewhat lessened. It will be used to bridge the time between costs incurred and grant money being awarded. If they are smart then they should get through with minimal issues.
