wtf - investors are supposedly owners of the company and as such if they are not happy then they have the option to agitate for change - that's why they have AGMs and elections.
Seriously, you the shareholder see something you don't like, you hang around??? Unless you are a major holder, you have no influence what's so ever.
I'll be out cutting my losses and investing in other companies. (you can always go back in when things have changed to your liking)
This is why occasionally investors lose their pants in investing in stock market. The name of the game is to preserve your capital for your next investment.
