i remember looking into the listing rules around the 2 years some time ago and dont recall them being as clear cut as you suggest.

dont have time to do again but do remember thinking there potential wriggle room along the lines of needing corrective measures to be in place.

latest quarterly report would indicate that such measures are in place, sufficient enough th enable a potential 'backdoor' interpretation as mike suggests.

do agree however that soon after any asx decision the much bigger ITO question looms. but maybe before hand RAN can get in a quick capital raise to help mitigate against this risk.

there is also the chance RAN actually win it!
