silence is defeaning. would much prefer this noy going down to the wire.
surely if there is to he a fudge it much better to get it out early so it looks lile an considered position moreso than a rushed one.
then again, maybe pushing something through with the politicians just before xmas is a good strategy.
of course there is the real option of de-listing which i expect would progress in silence until a notice in the new year.
