    Agreed. I think the CEO has a moral obligation to provide an explanation to retail shareholders when the share price is in free fall. However, he won't because he doesn't have to.

    I believe we are seeing the consequences of unrelenting issues of cheap options to "insiders". It gives too much influence to a small number of institutional shareholders. If they decide to exercise options and dump stock, whatever their reasons might be, it has a significant effect - not only on the share price but also on the ability of the company to raise capital at a reasonable price.

    I cannot understand why management did not see this coming.
