Loan facility 10% interest KBC - Deposit facility KBC . This unsecured facility could be used IMO to transfer profits to KBC for example and great risk with anything unsecured. Shareholders only see snapshot at end of quarter and no idea of deposit and drawdown in the rest or period. Interest on quarterly doesn't hilight anything at this stage in that regard. 2 mill on deposit @10% is $2000 a month interest should be appearing on YOW cashflow but you can't tell in what month additional $ were put on deposit with KBC.

This 3,5 mill related party loan facility IMO enables YOW to make declarations regarding liquidity however it muddies water considerably.

"The Group has a reciprocal loan agreement with KBC, allowing Yowie to borrow up to $3.5m or earn interest ondeposited funds. The loan is unsecured, callable, and has no set maturity date. As of September 2024, Yowie has$2.0m on deposit with KBC earning 10% p.a"

So how dangerous was the related party loan to KBC - writing is on the wall now and rocky road ahead no YOW has lost client as well.
