    Thanks miki. You are correct. The USD350,000 is for the instrument only. The other services are charged as a yearly licence/maintenance fee and are expected to run for 7 years:

    Software
    Settle and Contact Plates
    Maintenace
    Validation
    Validation Support

    Every customer is subtly different. The average licence fees would be in the range USD150,000.
    If year 1 is billed up front you would expect a GP cashflow of AUD400,000+240,000=640,000.
    Followed by 4-6 years annuity revenue of AUD240,000.
