Nothing in the quarterly concerns me, in fact there is a lot of good. I note they are eating into their cash, with $3.55m left in the kitty, understandable due to production ramp up and inventory build in anticipation of further sales ramp up - sales improvements are demonstrated nicely in the graphs. I wonder if the US rhetoric around import duties will affect MCO? The US market would be massive and a great source of SH wealth if it takes off, and MCO can match demand with production, without running out of cash. I wonder what their ramp up capacity really is?
I don't anticipate a CR, the way they are going (and kudos to the management team, they seem to have a tight rein on spend) they'll have good receivables to continue to pay for their ramp up. Also appreciate the more regular updates too.
IMO and reading between the lines, this beast is poised to bounce and bounce big once more interest arrives. If so, good luck to LT holders, perhaps your patience is about to be nicely rewarded and perhaps its a good time to quickly top up and get ahead of the pack, that pack will arrive based on the trends....
On that note I see two 1,137m share buyers at 2c arrived this morning, largest in a while. If they bought 'at market' the price would go to 3.5c - 4c, a quick bag. If their position is the same as mine and they see the future of this beast, and you forced their hand by buying out the 2.2c - 4c shares, we'd be in a good spot, they'd have to buy above that and that would be another bag. Twas only three years ago their SP was 30c (that >10 bags folks...) and since then they've done a lot to make the business more sustainable, expand their offerings and markets, improve their margins, and got rid of a lot of noise. The future will tell, and of course I could be completely wrong, this share game is a mugs game.
