I've followed RFK Jnr for years. He wants greater safety and informed consent.
Spotan uses half the dose of a generic that's been used for decades. In that regard it's safer. He has bigger fish to fry and certainly won't help big pharma protect their market.
I would imagine if the product is made in the US then it's safe from tariffs. With 90% margins this shouldn't be an issue.
He will overhaul the FDA so perhaps they might be slower than usual in the first few months but that's a complete guess.
