mate - technically you can still be a part owner, even if it delists.- just means you get the shares another way; like I can get them direct if want..but I'm not going to bust your chops over you not being 'technically correct'. need to let it go if that's your beef?

sophisticate investors /instos "generally" look to buy stock when a 250% profit is possible in about a 2 year turn around.
this isn't a hard and fast rule - but generally I have noticed this is what many do.

for those who have been watching this stock, we just witnessed these big time investors "buy up and become significant part owners - weakening my ownership in the process -- I'm now less a part owner".. the more they buy the less I am a part owner.. my shares have less vote.. of course I'll never get watered down to nothing.. still a young company like this that has pivotted and it's about to go off -- great time to be "part owner" -- that is get a massive stake for not much cash.. yes your correct you can buy one share later for $2.. but mate -- you hardly have any vote. right now you can buy big and have a good vote -- can call yourself part owner without saying you only hold 0.000002%.. you could actually say I am a part owner and own 0.01% (and it be in range for most retail investors).. you won't be able to do that soon.. does it make sense?

now if they announce shortly the US military is happy and wants to make its $2M others $200M orders -- then it's a game changer .. in short the SP will jump considerably.. once that happens it will happen fast.. like minutes of the announcement.. retail investors like us won't be able to buy decent volumes then (without greatly increasing our risk position) and we will have way less ownership..

make sense? simply be a decent part owner - buy now -- be a very insignificant almost not worthy of calling yourself part owner -- buy later..
