Hubbspot had two paying customers in the first year and we have just under 100 in the first Quarter, (my guess). Based upon the 400 registered users, that is a 25% conversion rate, which is a good rate.
Implementing the in-house digital human is going to assist the sales team, especially if they use the new Agentic Digital Human that can do appointment booking etc.
One area that was mentioned before was the retention of customers in the Subscription Division. From what I see the average retention period is probably only slightly longer than a month.
There could be a number of reasons that users don't continue. They may have consumed all the content or their holiday travel is finished.
Whatever the reason, if Unith can double the subscription period then they could possibly triple the revenue. So what is a $1.1M quarter contribution, becomes a $3.3M contribution. Acquisition costs shouldn't increase, because they just hold onto the existing customer longer.
Apps related to Weight loss, some sort of personal improvement process or meditation all fall into the category of daily use applications that are ongoing and that would lend themselves to being conversational.
If they can solve this problem, it would make a significant shift in the economics and the share price would take a serious jump and it also provides headroom for the growth of the Digital Human business.
