You keep subscribers by refreshing content. Games, News, Puzzles, Crosswords, Music, Sports are biggest subs winners , Gambling too if UNT want to down that path ( fraught with regulations though) . What about streaming Netflix or TV series or something similar on a commission basis? Look at Audiobooks / Audible etc via Amazon
