And thanks CB, I get that for sure. I guess if the sites are of such high value/demand, then yes, the short term opportunity is to sell and get some $$ in the bank. Was more thinking that if Crusoe comes onboard is there any need to do that. Selling would then limit future prospects. But I guess we'd all just be happy with one prospect coming to fruition for now.
