Yep....managing the invoicing is separate to being a direct beneficiary of the proceeds of those invoices. But it depends on how the deal has been struck. They may well get a cut per invoice, rather than just a one-off payment.
Share price is looking very cheap and it appears there's only one large seller trying to offload. Even if their Proptech division ends up going totally pear-shaped, the Development side is worth a multiple of the current 3c share price. I don't think Ben Laurence is a fool to risk the entire company in pursuit of what may well prove to be nothing more than a costly, speculative fantasy.
