It’s easy to rattle off they need more money, factor in dilution but you’re ignoring how a pivot to premium can scale margins faster than volume. AHF isn’t aiming for giant commodity output’s playing the ex-a2 Milk game plan: fewer litres at higher prices, plus lean operations. If Andy Z’s O2O network even scratches a fraction of a2’s success, the math changes drastically.
Sure, capital and some dilution might come into play, but if the result is a higher-margin, niche formula brand that carves out a sliver of China’s massive market, 40 cents isn’t as far-fetched as you think.
