Yeah, I wouldn’t want to pay for stock I can’t sell either... Bub essentially left him out to dry. That deal, which handed Andy Z bonus equity for stock, turned out to be a misaligned, capital-draining misstep in a volatile regulatory environment. In response, Peter Nathan and AHF went with a totally different direction: Andy Z buys the company outright with no bonus equity for extra sales, eliminating the risk of an inventory bubble while enforcing strict fair pricing and accountability measures to better protect shareholder value!
You've got to remember, Bubs lost their biggest customer in Andy Z when this happened, he got involved them because he was doing HUGE volumes of Bubs though his network and wanted in on the action! Sent Bubs back years when this happened...
