Not sure why JAT has to leave bad news to the last minute - management would have known way b4 re issue with China. Perhaps one reason for recent resignation.
More litigation - a trait JAT seems to be habitual to. Not sure on value creation to holders as alluded to by the announcement:
The Company remainsunwavering in its commitment to protecting shareholder value and ensuring long-term market integrity.
Share price falling by 15-20% hardly can be called 'shareholder value'. More money for lawyers and lower sales in China - value for some.
