    The product is horrendous!

    I’ve kept a close eye on this since IPO. Yes I have been negative on my comments, however the story just keeps getting worse.

    What’s the income split between the different product offerings?

    What is the client retention percentage year on year ?

    What is a register user ? Someone who has signed in one day ? Are they actually listed on One Clicks Tax Agent List ?

    The quarterly updates lack any detail to make an informed decision to invest in the this company.
