The product is horrendous! - It's a 2 year old fintech startup that's essentially at breakeven......It's going great from what I can read in the recent Qrtly. Reminds me of DRO in the early days, but much more advanced with their product offering and revenue stream. Chart is very similar too albeit at 10x the discounted Mkt cap DRO sat on for years when they were years from profitability.
What’s the income split between the different product offerings? - Are they obliged to break that down under ASX requirements? Have you contacted them?
What is the client retention percentage year on year ? - Have you contacted them?
What is a register user ? Someone who has signed in one day ? Are they actually listed on One Clicks Tax Agent List ? - Good Q, Have you contacted them?
The quarterly updates lack any detail to make an informed decision to invest in the this company. - Speccie's. Don't invest if the risk appetite is too extreme. Just don't bitch if it 10x's from here just like investors shouldn't bitch if it goes belly up.

My uncle built several successful Aus Fintech services companies and sold both to a top 4 Aus Bank & a leading Aus Superannuation firm. Each business took around 5 years to get the client list to a point where a takeover offer was presented and he's filthy rich now.

This Co has the makings of a similar path. Invest small and enjoy the ride.
