And if they are concerned, then its an easy sell of ice to the man in the desert with his warm drink of water.
If the breast test can detect a signature, before it is sizable to become a lump, etc, then getting not just a scan to see if you have something of significant size for the mam to detect it, but before you come back 2 yearly, also get a blood test so that if there may be something brewing, smaller, we can also detect, and send for closer monitoring.

Its surely has to be the easiest sales pitch out there, with a willing market. A market already demonstrated their caution, concern, and wanting to detect early. And those volumes are huge. And that translates to a potential augmenting market of mams, trajectory for us. Add all those who dont get a mam for cultural reasons, or embarrassment, or pain, or out of the current tested ages. What of all those who are concerned of the growing number of cancers in younger populations.

Testing is the key. Volumes > than positive cases.
If you sell a drug to a volume of cancer patients, or you sell a screening test to a multitude more who are worried they might be at risk.

The market is a different beast to bet against, those who get set early wager against the impatient.
