I was having a bit more of a detailed look at the training contract and noticed a very interesting detail. EXT was the only supplier invited "due to an absence of competition for technical reasons". If there was ever a sign that the new training centre is going to very well utilised. Also makes everything a lot speedier if EXT becomes the only option for the Department of Defence for relevant training in this space.
In terms of trading I think we're a bit at the mercy of whoever is looking at accumulate shares at the moment. Each day between 3:50pm and 4:00pm the bots come out to play and very frequently there is a single share traded at 4:10pm. Some news on the training centre might bring some extra interest and start creating some competition for those shares.
