Well i see it like this. ASX has issues due to the directors negligence, correct. However they have done what was asked and the final request from the ASX was do a CR, get funds. So thats what they plan to do. Now if the ASX decides to bad too sad, and delists, then they are punishing SH for the failing of the directors.

The ASX has a responsibility also to its SH. If they see a short term solution with a small window of needing an extension, then the ASX needs to say yes, or it's just punishing SH for an extra few weeks after 2 years of waiting. .

Will they say you had plenty of time already, maybe, like I said we'll see.
