The deadline for resumption of trading in the Company’s securities prior to its removal from the official list is 15 February 2025. The Company will not meet this deadline, and accordingly, it will apply to ASX for an extension to that deadline.

@kenjikool, is it true that Carl and Simon have a history of flouting ASX rules and deadlines applying to PO3?

If so, why do you think:

(a) They've decided to miss the crucial February 15 re-listing deadline and

(b) The ASX will grant an extension?
