    @kenjikool, I believe the duty to look after shareholders lies firstly with directors.

    In PO3's case, it seems directors engineered the ASX suspension two years ago.

    This deprived you and other shareholders of a market.

    Now, it seems, directors have decided to flout another ASX deadline.

    This will result in the deferral - and perhaps permanent prevention - of a resumption in trading.

    @kenjikool, who should wear responsibility? The ASX? Or chairman/majority shareholder, Carl le Souef?
