"During the quarter, the Company appointed EAS Advisors to assist with the USA BNPL
expansion plans. The Company now utilises the EAS offices in New York, USA as OVT’s
corporate registered office in the USA. The Company intends to open further offices in
numerous States of the US during the course of 2025 in line with the market entry strategy"
