My view of this announcement is that there is plan and framework to achieve the set KPIs. The plan will contain some commercial agreements and/or partnerships in principle only; this is why the plan and announcement will need to go through a legal process to ensure the company complies will all asx listing rules.
I don’t expect the SP to move much at all, since nothing is confirmed until it’s “in writing”. I think even after the report is released I only see a small move up.
