Hasn't Trumpy just suspended all US federal grants? So I doubt if James will get his travel and cigar money this quarter.
They can get another loan on their future R&D rebate (thereby wasting hundreds of thousands more in interest and fees), which might tide them over for a quarter more.
But clearly another CR is coming, and will be painful, given the small amount they could manage at their last raising.
Surely the T20 must be questioning the ridiculous salaries of management. Salaries one might expect from a profitable, billion dollar company, not this grubby little microcap.
