I don’t think it’s a zero possibility, I’d say there’s a 20% chance minimum. It’s not zero possibility like oppies in the money and CF+ by June 2023 and $708 per share dividends as you’ve predicted
IMO, CAP taking over the company or taking a larger slice would be seen as bullish. GOAT GTFO’ing is super bullish
